1 TBS slightly beaten egg white 2 cups pecan halves or walnut halves 1/4 C sugar 2 teas. cinnamon 1/4 teas. ground nutmeg 1/4 teas. ground cloves
Heat oven to 300. Mix egg white and nut halves in a medium bowl until nuts are coated and sticky. In another small bowl, mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over nuts. Stir until nuts are completely covered. Spread nuts in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Cool completely or serve slightly warm. Store in an airtight container at room temp up to 3 weeks.
