Coconut Pecan Frosting
1 Cup sugar 1 Cup evaporated milk 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 Cup butter or margarine 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/3 C. flaked coconut 1 Cup chopped pecans
In saucepan, combine sugar, milk & eggs. Add butter. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens & just begins to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients, Cool until of spreading consistency. This makes a very generous amount.
