This is a 2-step process & I don't have exact amnts. for ingredients, so a good cook will know .... Mix: chopped-sugar-coated (candied) ginger w/mayo & paprika, Let sit overnight in the fridge. Coat salmon steaks w/Dill & Old Bay (I think a creole/cajun spice from La. would work too) Spread a generous amnt. of the chutney covering them completely & bake. They did them in a counter-top broiler for about 25 mins. I'll guess about 350 d F Enjoy! I have a hard time finding salmon recipes I like & this is Delish!
