Cover pork in Lawry's season salt Put in crock pot and cover with a bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's and a can of Dr. Pepper (the original recipe called for Diet Pepsi, but you really shouldn't heat aspartame). Cook on low for 4 hours or until tender enough to shred.
This was probably the best pulled pork I've ever had. I had low expectations for this recipe because it was so easy!
I'm going to add a lil tastey hint that jude told me & it makes ribs taste great! Chop & saute some onions & add to the BBQ Sauce. (or add to BBQ sauce & slowly cook until done, in a sm. sauce pan)
