To pan fry, turn the heat up to brown both sides, then turn it down & saute until it's done to your taste.

Broil in the oven. Keep an eye on it, until it's also done to your taste.

BTW, I posted this before to marinate them & more, but marinating them in Whorchester. Sauce is just as good!
