FRESH STRAWBERRY UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

2 CUPS FRESH STRAWBERRIES CRUSHED
1 (6 OZ PACKAGE STRAWBERRY JELLO
3 CUPS MINIATURE MARSHMALLOWS
1 PACKAGE YELLOW CAKE MIX (I would use white)

Pour strawberries in 9x13 cake pan
Sprinkle Strawberry Jello on top
Add min. marshmallows
prepare cake mix from package directions and pour over it all. Bake in 350 oven about 40 to 50 minutes when toothpick comes out clean let sit about 15 min. run a knife around the edges and turn onto serving tray. Refrigerate.

Looks like a piece of angel food cake w/strawberry topping.

well it turned out pretty good. i only used one package of jello mix and added more crushed fresh strawberries. jude20 will get some for her breakfast and then she can give her opinion.
